<p> June 13, 2014, People's Government of Jining held a founding conference of Jining National Information Consumption Pilot. Leaderships, like, Yang Shaojun, Party deputy secretary&amp;deputy director of Shandong Province Economic and Information Committee, Municipal Committee, vice mayor Zhou Hong and Zhang Hui, secretary of the CPC Jining Rencheng District Committee attended the meeting. And leaders of Shandong China Coal Industry&amp;Mining Supplies Group, like, Qu Qing, the Group chairman and president of Jining E-commerce Association, Han Yong, the deputy general manager, and Li Zhenbo, the Group vice-president and executive vice-president of Jining E-commerce Association participated in the conference as invitees. </p> The conference adopted the form of combining scene-view with meetings and the participants first visited the show of representative information consumption products.Shandong China Coal, as the e-commerce innovation pioneer enterprise of MIIT, one the Top 120 enterprises directly supported by Jining City that integrated informationization with industrialization, &nbsp;enterprise that did informatinon consumption demonstration project, and chairman unit of Jining E-commerce Association, participated in the conference as an invitee. In recent years, Shandong China Coal actively responds to the national call to develop e-commerce with industrial supply as the chain, and 1Kung Net, the first platform for buying and selling mining equipment that she build well led to the rapid development of the national e-commerce.<br /> At the meeting, Zhou Hong unveiled for "Jining--the first national pilot city of information consumption", Zhang Hui unveiled for "Rencheng District--the national smart city piliot" and Zhou Hong unveiled for Jining E-commerce Association with Qu Qing. At the same time, the plaque, "Jining--a piliot integrating informationization with industrialization " was awarded at the meeting. Later, People's Government of Jining City signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Unicom, China Mobile and Telecom, the three major telecom operators Shandong Branch and she, the Govt also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shandong TV about Internet and TV. Meanwhile, project manager of HP(Hewlett-Packard) signed agreements about the deep integration of informationization with industrialization with 7 industry leaders, like Shandong China Coal.<br /> <p> Subsequently, Mr. Yang Shaojun delivered an important speech. He, at first, expressed his congratulations on the sucess of Jining for being selected as "the first national pilot city of information consumption". And then he put forward specific requirements. Later, Mr. Zhou Hong, carried on a detailed deployment for the next step that how to implement the information consumption from several aspects, like, common understanding, consumer-led, industry-supporting force and the implementation.
