On December 11, over 100 participants from the ‘2025 Jiaxiang County High-Quality Farmer Cultivation Program for Key Agricultural Product Production and Management Entities and Agricultural Machinery Operator Skills Enhancement Training Course,’ jointly organized by China Coal Group and Shandong Antai Vocational Training College, visited China Coal Group for an on-site tour and practical instruction. Wang Man, Assistant General Manager of China Coal Group, and Zhang Zhuangzhi, Vice President of Jining Industrial, Information Technology, and Commerce Vocational Training College under the Group, accompanied the delegation.
The trainees toured the Group's corporate culture exhibition hall, the unmanned aerial vehicle and intelligent robotics exhibition hall, the AI intelligent data center, the small excavator assembly workshop, and the agricultural intelligent machinery exhibition hall in sequence. During the visit, the Group's solid foundation in high-end equipment manufacturing, its cutting-edge initiatives in intelligent robotics and industrial internet platforms, and its mature practices in lean production and digital management left a profound impression on the trainees.
At the agricultural smart machinery exhibition hall, trainees focused on learning about products such as smart tractors, precision seeders, and intelligent agricultural equipment. They engaged in in-depth discussions with on-site technicians regarding the technical features, operational efficiency, and practical application scenarios of these products. During the exchange, relevant group representatives also introduced how to leverage their self-operated e-commerce platform and AI-powered promotion technology to precisely connect farmers in beef cattle breeding, specialty vegetable cultivation, and aquaculture with markets, thereby expanding sales channels. This demonstrated a comprehensive digital agriculture solution integrating ‘smart production’ with ‘intelligent marketing.’
This visit serves as a crucial practical teaching component in Jiaxiang County's efforts to cultivate high-caliber farmers and strengthen talent support for rural revitalization.
