<span style="line-height:1.5;">Feb.20th, 2013, under the leadership of Li Zhenbo, Zhang Kaixian, the Group vice president, Yu Tongshen, director of the Centre for approval, Shandong China Coal Industrial&amp;Mining Group launched an orientation activity for new employees in order to help them adapt to the work environment and become a part of the familly of China Coal quickly.&nbsp;</span><br /> <p> First, at the beginning of the activity, on behalf of the Group, Mr.Li expressed a warm welcome to the new staff and then briefly introduced the group development, company profile and corporate culture to help the new employees know the company better. Later, he also detailed the Group business scope,the business process and high performance of E-Commerce. All of the new employees treated the training with high enthusiasm.
