In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the conference to enhance the executive power of the city and better help enterprises understand and master relevant policies, on February 28th, the Jining Youth Entrepreneurs Association held a “Policy Express Train” activity, and the Jining Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee Director Chen Guohua and Zhao Xin, secretary of the Jining League Committee, attended the meeting. More than 100 representatives of young entrepreneurs from all walks of life in the city attended the meeting. Zhang Zhenguo, Deputy General Manager of China Coal Group, was invited as a representative of Jining Youth Entrepreneur.

At the meeting, the appointment ceremony of the consultants of the Municipal Youth Enterprise Association was held, and the leaders of the National Development and Reform Commission, MIIT, Technology, MOHRSS, Business, Cultural Tourism, Market Supervision, Financial Supervision, Investment Promotion, Taxation, Agriculture and Rural, and Administrative Approval Department were invited serve as a consultant. The “Youth Sharing Meeting” activity entrepreneurs shared the entrepreneurial process and business operation development model with everyone, and they were warmly welcomed by the participating entrepreneurs.

Subsequently, Director Yang of the Municipal Talents Office introduced some good preferential policies for high-end talents and shortage of talents in the city; Liu Míng carried out the newly introduced inclusive tax relief policies such as corporate income tax, value-added tax, and “six taxes and two fees”. The preaching and interpretation; Li Jie, the main speaker of the Municipal Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Court, made a corresponding policy interpretation from the legal risk prevention and control of labor and employment. The atmosphere of the presentation was warm, and it was of great significance to strengthen the communication between the government and enterprises, to help the development of private enterprises, and to improve corporate satisfaction.
Mr. Zhang said that he would like to thank the Municipal Youth Enterprise Association for organizing this policy announcement, which will enable entrepreneurs to have a more comprehensive understanding of the country's inclusive taxation policies, talent policies and labor risks, for business operations and health.
