China Coal Group Joined Jining City Labor Dispute Mediation Association As A Governing Unit
The Jining City Labor Dispute Mediation Association is a legal, non-profit social group that is registered by the Economic and Civil Affairs Bureau of the Economic and Social Affairs, and is guided by the Jining City Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Institute. Since the establishment of the association, the fundamental purpose of promoting the development of enterprises and institutions and safeguarding the rights and interests of employees has been to actively promote the construction of harmonious labor relations and make positive contributions to the stable and healthy development of enterprises and institutions throughout the city.
Over the years, the leaders of China Coal Group have always attached great importance to the protection of employees' rights and interests, and actively implemented relevant laws and regulations in labor, social security, safety production, and employee health. The trade unions of the Group also actively played the role of bridges and links, and safeguarded the rights and interests of employees as the starting point of their work. At the same time, the various guarantees for actively promoting and supervising the rights and interests of employees have been implemented, and they have won the best employer enterprises in Shandong Province.
This time, our group was selected as the governing unit of Jining City Labor Dispute Mediation Association. It will perform its duties together with the general membership units, put the interests of the employees in the first place, grasp the staff's ideological dynamics in a timely manner, guide the staff to reasonably express their interests and promptly resolve the unstable factors. To effectively create a good situation for enterprise development and employee benefit, and work hard to build a harmonious labor relationship and a harmonious society!
