On the morning of August 18, the decoupling video and telephone conference between Jining Trade Associations & Chambers of Commerce and Executive Branch was held in Jining communication building. Liu Zhonghui, the Jining municipal Committee and Deputy Major, Liu Chengwen, the municipal party Committee Standing Committee and Secretary, and Zhang Jimin, the Vice Mayor and other leaders attended the meeting. As one of invited vice president of the unit in Jingning International E-Commerce Association, China coal Group was invited to attended the meeting. On behalf of Group, Guan Chenghui, China Coal Group Chief Office Director, Vice Secretary of Jining Trade Associations & Chambers of Commerce, attended the meeting.
The spirits of overall plans about decoupling relationship between Chinese Trade Associations & Chambers of Commerce and Executive Branch, which were released by CCP central committee staff office and the Council General Office, were actively implemented in  the meeting. And at the meeting,  pilot works were  mobilized  and deployed. The meeting urged that we should take active and steady steps to implement pilot works and clean the boundary and function of two sides, strengthen the comprehensive regulation and party construction, and transform Jining Trade Associations & Chambers of Commerce to a social organization which established according to law, obey service-oriented and standard principles. The meeting also urged that the first pilot works would be start in the second half of 2015 and end in 2016. After improving the system, works would carried out throughout the city.
Guan Chenghui said, Jining Trade Associations & Chambers of Commerce would actively implement the spirits, strengthen self-discipline management, actively cooperate with decoupling pilot work of Jining Trade Associations & Chambers of Commerce and Executive Branch.
