Each position of the frame swings with a limit switch, one for controlling the maximum working angle of 10°, and the other for controlling the maximum angle of the maintenance station by 45°. The corner of the maintenance station can be set according to the actual needs of the work site.

he Ф 10 pin on the adjusting screw connector on the trolley is a safety pin. When an abnormal situation occurs and the transmission system is forced to exceed the design slag force by 2 to 3 times, the pin will be cut off to protect the hydraulic motor, chain and the like.

The hydraulic system of the skimmer drive system has an overload protection function, and the system pressure must not exceed the design pressure during use. The travel trolley travel switch is set to meet the slag stroke, and the travel trolley is not allowed to hit the spring buffer device frequently.
