Shandong China Coal Held A Business Forum about Abiding By Contracts and Keeping Promises Enterprise

July 31, 2014, Shandong China Coal Group was awarded 2012-2013 “Abiding By Contracts and Keeping Promises Enterprise” by Shandong Administration for Industry & Commerce. And in order to strengthen the Group''''s credit construction, better apply the concept of integrity to the daily work, on October 14 morning, Shandong China Coal Group held a forum about "Abiding By Contracts and Keeping Promises Enterprise". Group leaderships, like, Li Zhenbo, Sun Shijun, Li Zhaopeng, Di Hu, Yu Cui, Group vice president and some other leading members of the departments attended the meeting.
At the forum, Mr. Li Zhenbo expressed that, in recent years China Coal group highly pay attention to good faith system construction, strive to build enterprise good faith brand, strengthen the enterprise''''s own credit construction,promote the standardization operation of the company''''s business activities strongly.The won of the honorary title of Shandong Abiding By Contracts and Keeping Promises Enterprise”, is in the good faith management work of China coal group greatly.It certainly will cause the group to further strengthen enterprise credit management, and enhance the management level of enterprise credit contract constantly. And hoping the department heads to transfer the business philosophy of "credibility is life, quality of survival" to every employee to better enhance the sustainable development of the Group internal soft power.
About the Group''''s credit construction, Mr.Sun Shijun put forward some requirements. First, each department should create an innovative management model, set goals for good faith construction, establish integrity management system. Second, gradually improve the Group''''s credit risk prevention mechanism, such as adopting credit rating, building profiles, assessment and computer databases. Third, all departments must strengthen the management of staff''''s professional ethics. It means among employees, deepening credit education, enhancing employee awareness of integrity, promoting a culture of integrity and letting trustworthiness become a conscious behavior of employees.
Subsequently, about the Group''''s credit construction, the department heads expressed their views and opinions. Honesty is the root of an enterprise as well as one of the basic requirements of enterprises for employees. It is also one of the necessary basic qualities of the staff. So as a member of China Coal, we would fully implement the Group''''s requirements, adhere to integrity management, improve the sense of integrity of all employees so as to better promote the development of China Coal!
