June 17th, 2014, Shandong Career Development College Business School held the inaugural meeting of school-enterprise cooperation council. And Fan Peigong, the vice president of Shandong China Coal Industry&Mining Supplies Group was invited to participate in the meeting.
At the meeting, Chen Guomin, the dean of Business Schhool, at first, introduced the development of the School specialty construction. Then, Nie Miao, the associate dean read out the rules of School-enterprise Cooperation Council and proclaimed a list of member units. And China Coal leaderships, like, Qu Qing, the chairman, was appointed as the Council director, Fan Peigong, the vice-president was selected as the vice director. They were awarded certificates.

The School-enterprise Cooperation Council, as a bridge and link between Shandong Career Development College Business School and some well-known enterprises, sticked to the principle of mutual benefit to conduct in-depth exploration and experiment in school-enterprise cooperation so as to to train practical talents. The school adopted the model called "talent cultivation according to the orders" to cultivate special talents. And enterprises established various assistance plans such as scholarships, stipend, awards, and training practice base so as to realize the win-win situation.
