May 18th, 2014, leaderships of Shandong Career Development College went to Shandong China Coal Industry&Mining Supplies Group to have a negotiation on school-enterprise cooperation and a close long-term strategic partnership. Group leaders, such as Li Zhenbo, Fan Peigong, Sun Shijun, the vice president, received the inspection group.
During their visit in Shandong China Coal, the leaders first visited the Group E-commerce Company, the International Trade Branch, the Information Branch, the Science and Technology Branch and focus on a detailed understanding of the achievements we have made on e-commerce and Internet of things. And then they watched the TV advertisements together. School leaders showed that, in the aspect of e-commerce and informatization construction, Shandong China Coal walks in the forefront of the city. They hoped that China Coal, in the future, would be able to provide more employment opportunities for local graduates so as to better achieve the two-way interaction of college graduates and business professionals.

In recent years, Shandong China Coal attaches great importance to corporate back-up personnel training. At present, she has reached school-enterprise cooperation agreement with many colleges, such as Shandong Strong Software College, Jining Vocational&Technical College and Nanshan College and provided more than 1,000 jobs for graduates, which truly achieved win-win between schools and enterprises.
