April 4th,2014, Shandong China Coal Industry&Mining Supplies Group held "Experience Sharing Conference of Outsranding Cradres&Employee" on the conference room. Li Zhenbo, Group vice president, participated in communication and chaired the meeting.
At the meeting, the outstanding cadres shared experience around "How I lead the staff to do better" "How I manage my team" and other topics. And the excellent staff shared their experience around the topic"How do I make performance". Except the communication, they also live an interactive quiz. All of the participants actively spoke and shared their experience with each other. And the activity, beyound any question, would enhance the cohesion of the whole team to let China Coal---the big familiy more harmonious.

After the meeting, the participants showed that they learnt a lot from the conference. And the activity that sharing experience among the staff can not only mobilize the enthusiasm of emplyees, improve team collaboration, but also set a good example for new employees.
