According to the "Opinions of the State Council on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship to Create an Upgraded Version of "Double Creation" (Guo Fa [2018] No. 32) and the Notice on Implementing the Relevant Work on the Science and Technology Enterprise Incubator University Science Park and the Public Creation Space Tax Policy (Guo Ke Huo Zi [2018] No. 140) spirit, in order to establish a healthy development mechanism for high-quality management and survival of the fittest, the Science and Technology Department of Shandong Province and the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau will carry out provincial-level technology business incubators filed before 2018 (including 2018). After re-examination, China Coal Group successfully passed and was included in the provincial science and technology business incubator filing management.

In recent years, China Coal Group has responded positively to the call of the national “Volkswagen Entrepreneurship and Innovation”, accelerated the transformation of new and old kinetic energy, actively promoted industrial transformation and upgrading, and invested 230 million yuan to set up China Coal and Electricity Industrial Park. The existing incubation site of the park is more than 60 acres. To provide enterprises with technology services incubation, cultivation, enterprise management and consulting, corporate image planning, technology promotion and transfer, talent training and other services, and strive to create a commodity trading, intelligent terminal manufacturing, logistics and distribution, industrial services, exhibitions Expo, business office, comprehensive support, e-commerce training "eight in one", based on the local, radiation national technology business incubator demonstration base, to provide standardized, high-quality services for the incubation enterprises in the park, to help the park into the incubator rapid development. In October 2018, China Coal Group successfully entered the first batch of enterprises registered in Shandong Province's technology business incubator in 2018.

This time, group successfully passed the strict review of the provincial science and technology business incubator by the Science and Technology Department of Shandong Province. It is the provincial Science and Technology Department's reaffirmation of the incubation of China Coal Group's technology enterprises.
