4. Put the putty or paint into the hopper to start spraying (it should start the air compressor and open the air valve).
5. It is forbidden to idle in the hopper without material and without water.

After the work is completed, the hopper should be drained, and the hopper should be filled with enough fresh water to clean the hopper, and the pump should be turned on to clean the hose and nozzle until the pump is completely clear water, so as to avoid excess material in the hose. Solidify, clog hoses and spray heads.
7. If the downtime is too long, wipe the machine clean and remove the booster screw. After oiling, keep it properly and reinstall it when using it.
8. Insufficient pump pressure at work, adjustable booster stator bolts or replacement of pressurized rubber sleeves and booster worms.
9, before spraying, the area to be sprayed shall be penetrated by water; when spraying, the nozzle shall be as vertical as possible and the spraying surface (distance can be self-adjusted according to the spraying effect), stratified even spraying, and coordinated with the flattening process. If the wall is too dry or painted for too long, it will seriously affect the leveling effect and change the process.
10, to the hopper charge should be uniform, can not be interrupted, when the conveyor screw rotation, it is strictly prohibited with sticks in the hopper stirring to prevent injury.
11. Once the spray pipe is blocked, switch the switch to the manual position, open the compressor only, remove the quick connector at the front of the pump head, and then block the spray head downwards, the air pressure will produce reverse pressure, and the transfer pipe slurry will be Blow out, install the quick connector and start normal work.
12. When the sprayer operates, wear safety helmets, protective glasses, protective clothing and other protective equipment.
13. The pressurized rubber sleeve and the supercharging screw are wearing parts. In order to prolong the service life, the bolts of the supercharging stator are in a loose state when they are used for the first time. When the pressure is reduced and the flow rate is obviously reduced, the pressing bolts are adjusted to make them In normal working condition.
