On the morning of January 20, Shandong China Coal Group 2018 new employees training seminar held in the east conference room on the second floor of E-commerce building. The newly recruited staff of Group's various departments and companies attended the training session, the meeting chaired by the human resources director Feng Yuyang.

At the symposium, all the new employees first watched the video of China Coal Group, fully understand the brilliant development history of Group and honors and the achievements in the development of e-commerce in recent years. By watching the promotional videos, further understanding of China Coal Group, also strengthened the confidence of new employees in the coal. Subsequently, Director Feng introduced the contents of the main business of China Coal Group currently, employee benefits, company regulations and other vital interests of employees. Subsequently, in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, the new employees made positive speeches, each gave a brief introduction of themselves, and according to their work experience and personal feelings after entering the company, described their understanding about their own work, assumption of personal development and suggestions for the future development of the Group.
