On the morning of December 22, the inaugural meeting of Jining Cross-border E-Commerce Association was held in the Industrial Park of Shandong China Coal Group. Jining City Bureau of Commerce Business Section Chief Wang Zongpu, Jining Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau Permission Zhu Jinzhuo and other relevant leaders were invited, more than 40 member units and individuals to jointly attend the inaugural meeting.
At first, association preparatory work staff comrade Fan Peigong made the assembly reported. At the meeting, the delegates jointly considered and adopted the articles of association, elected first board of members list of Jining City Cross-border E-commerce Association, elected the first president, vice president, secretary general. Among them, Li Zhenbo, Executive Deputy General Manager of China Coal Group was elected as President of Jining Cross-border E-Commerce Association.
Subsequently, Jining Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau Chief Zhu Jinzhuo read out an approval document of Jining City Cross-border E-commerce Association establishment. Jining City Cross-border E-commerce Association is establishment under the guidance of Jining City Bureau of Commerce, approved by Jining Civil Affairs Bureau, a regional, joint, non-profit community organization formed by related businesses and individuals voluntarily, with social organizations legal personality. The association was founded by Shandong China Coal Group and served as president of unit designed to assist the government to strengthen the city's behavior of cross-border e-commerce supplier industry norms and strengthen cooperation between the city's foreign trade enterprises to exchange, in order to serve for the government, for members, for Social services as the main objective, and strive to promote Jining's rapid development of cross-border e-commerce to a larger scale and at a higher level.
At the meeting, Jining City Cross-border E-commerce Association First President, Deputy General Manager of China Coal Group Li Zhenbo on behalf of all members of the first council made a statement. President Li first expressed his heartfelt thanks to leaders at all levels, including Jining Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Jining Civil Affairs Department, for their strong support and help in establishing Jining Cross-border E-Commerce Association. President Li pointed out that with the deepening of the national strategy of "One Belt and One Road", the "Internet +" cross-border e-commerce ushered in a new round of important development opportunities. The establishment of the association is a demand for the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in our city. But also to promote the transformation and upgrading of the city's import and export business needs, the association will certainly live up to the members of the trust and high hopes, bearing in mind the association's purpose, unity and lead members to work together to Jining City Cross-border E-commerce Association into a exchange and cooperation, liaison, serve the government and society an important platform to jointly promote the city's rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry!
