On the morning of July 21st, Jining e-commerce public service platform implementation ceremony and 2016 regional E-Commerce Innovation and Development Summit were solemnly held at Hong Kong Mansion. Summit and ceremony were sponsored by Jining Bureau of Commerce. Yan Baichuan,General Director of Jining Bureau of Commerce,Su Shige,The Deputy District Head of Rencheng District, Duan Yu, Director of Jining Electronic Commerce Public Service Center attended the Summit. Zhang Tiezhu, Chairman of E-Commerce Public Service Alliance,Yang Tao, the Executive Deputy Director of Hangzhou E-Commerce Public Service Center Were specially invited to deliver keynote speeches. As the e-commerce development demonstration enterprise, China Coal Group was invited to attend Summit. On behalf of China Coal Group, Li Zhaopeng, the Deputy General Manager of China Coal Group attended the Summit. 
At the summit, Yan Baichuan,General Director of Jining Bureau of Commerce and Yang Tao, the Executive Deputy Director of Hangzhou E-Commerce Public Service Center made speeches. He offered congratulations on establishment of Jining E-Commerce Public Service Center. He pointed out that Jining government paied more attention to the development of e-commerce. Jining government took several ways to promote the rapid development of e-commerce,such as planning guidance, policy support, market operation and so on. Deals of e-commerce is Ninety-six billion in 2015. Deals has reached 68 billion yuan in the first half of 2016 . He especially introduced the 1kuang. net, the world's leading cross-border e-commerce platform which independently developed by China Coal Group. He fully affirmed outstanding achievements of 1kuang. net. Zhang Tiezhu, Chairman of E-Commerce Public Service Alliance highly affirmed the achievements of Jining e-commerce and he thinks that Jining has strong real economy, profound historical and cultural heritage and great potential of e-commerce. Subsequently, Duan Yu, Director of Jining Electronic Commerce Public Service Center introduced the construction of the public service platform in detail. Su Shige and Yan Baichuan formally open an unveiling of Jining e- commerce public service platform and held the ceremony. 
Zhang Tiezhu, Chairman of E-Commerce Public Service Alliance delivered keynote addresses about Ways of Regional E-commerce Development . Yang Tao, the Executive Deputy Director of Hangzhou E-Commerce Public Service Center delivered addresses about Hangzhou e- commerce Public Service Actual Combat Experience. The meeting proposed the e- commerce public service network system construction mentality and the construction planning assumption . Based on the strategic alliance, cooperation model and operation mechanism was formed. It aims to promote the resource sharing and interconnection and helps to the innovation and development of the public service of e-commerce. 
At the meeting, the development of our group in the field of e-commerce has been highly recognized by the participating guests and leaders.
