In order to better support Group's business development and quicken Group's global development steps,the preparatory meeting for establishing the foreign cooperation and exchange centre of Shandong China Coal Group was Held Ceremoniously in group's meeting room on the afternoon of February 27th,which marks our foreign cooperation and exchange centre formally entering its preparatory phase.China coal's Deputy General Managers ,Li Zhenbo,Fan Peigong,Xie Ticai, all division's managers and function and category heads attended the meeting.Group's Deputy General Manager,Fan Peigong presided the meeting.
According to the requirement of meeting,China Coal Group's foreign cooperation and exchange centre under supervisory board,which consists of six functional departments :marketing development department,brand strategy department,Industry-University-Research Institutes cooperation department,The government and social organizations communication department,intelligent robot department and finance department.General Fan emphasized:all functional departments should always adhering to the principles of group's operation and development first forever,pursuing best from the beginning to the end,being truthful and practical,process control must recording,follow-up must be result.All department should not only clear  the division of labor but also keep mutual communication and collaboration all the time to provide better strategic support for group's development by improving our group's good social image,real-timely konwing of customer feedback,rapidly mastering of the latest development trends of the industry and positively expanding the new product market.Subsequently,all participants made actively suggestions to preparations for the establishment of the foreign cooperation and exchange centre.

At the end of meeting,General Li required all department shouldering their responsibilities practically,keeping refining their working plans,strengthening solidarity and coordination,ensuring thorough implementation of all plans to guarantee a high quality and high efficiency preparatory work.A successful conclusion was gained in the preparatory meeting.
