Warmly Welcome the Leaders of Human Resources & Social Security Bureau and Social Development Bureau to Visit China Coal Group

 On the afternoon of October 27th,Wang Jianhua, the deputy minister of Jining City Committee Organization Department, Jining Human Resources and Social Security Bureau,and Zhao Lu,the director of Jining Human Resources and Social Security Bureau visited Shandong China Coal Group with other leaders,they had a fully investigation and research on Group's E-commerce technology talents introduction, training base construction, the university students' employment situation and employee benefits at the scene. China Coal Group's Chairman and general manager Qu Qing, deputy general manager Han Yong, deputy general manager Li Zhenbo, Fan Peigong and other leaders accompanied the visitors.

Director Wang and director Zhao and other leaders companied with General manager Qu visted China Coal E-commerce Companies, the Cross-border E-commerce Company, the Network & Information Company, the Software & Technology Company, listened a detailed report of Group's leadership on the development of e-commerce, the introduction of high-tech talent, talent training base construction, new employmes of  College graduates and employee benefits, etc.. The leaders gave a high praise to Group's outstanding achievements on E-commerce development and E-commerce platforms creating,and fully affirmed to the Group's introduction and training of high level talents in E-commerce and the improvement of employee benefits. Director Wang  pointed out that as the leading interprse of Shandong on E-commerce, solved the problem of a large number of College Students' employment, made outstanding contributions to social development, he hopes that China Coal group could accelerate the training base, to cultivate more advanced talents for the society in the future. Director Wang said the government will give more preferential policies to China Coal Group on  the introduction of talent, retain talent, college students employment, training institutions, etc.

General manager Qu said thanks to Leaders of Human Resources &Social Security Bureau  and Social Development Bureau gave China Coal Group care and support.Group always with strong social responsibility as its own duty, attaches great importance to the introduction and training of talents in Colleges and universities.This year when the science&technology industry building come into use, China Coal could provide more than 2000 jobs in E-commerce, International trade, Software development, Network information for the society , we will provide them with perfect talent training and staff welfare, the next step,through the construction of the city's business talent training base, social culture more high-end talent. Believe that under the strong support of the leaders, China Coal Group would be better contribute to community, service to community and contribute power for the development of Jining!
