On the afternoon of October 26th , Mrs.Zhang, Chairman of Jining  Women's Federation, Mr. Gao, section chief of Jining Urban-Rural Development Bureau and other leaders came to visit Shandong China Coal Group and conducted a study about e-commerce development of Group, women's employment and entrepreneurship. Feng Zhenying, Executive Deputy General Manager, Fan Peigong, Vice General Manager, Guan Chenghui, Office Director and Yanting, Vice General Manager of e-commerce Company received the visitors.
The leaderships visited the four E-commerce Companies, the Cross-border E-commerce Company, the Network & Information Company, the Software & Technology Company and Weixin Agricultural Science & Technology Company and Intelligent equipment manufacturing workshop. After visiting they knew the outstanding achievements that China Coal Group made in the domestic e-commerce,  cross-border e-commerce and construction of E-commerce platform. Mrs.Zhang and Mr. Gao gave high praise on the outstanding achievements. Mrs.Zhang said, as a traditional mining enterprise, Shandong China Coal Group made bold innovations in business model and gained outstanding achievements in e-business. It is not only setting an example for other enterprises which want to transform from the traditional enterprises to e-commerce enterprises, but also promoting women's employment and entrepreneurship in e-commerce and high- tech industry. She also said, they will make huge efforts to promote the successful experience of Group's transformation, and it will motivate more women to work in E-commerce .  

Mr,Fan said, thanks for supports from Jining  Women's Federation,the e-commerce building would soon be completed and put into use,and it would provide more than more 2000 job opportunities,including E-commerce, international trade, software development, network information jobs. With a broader stage and more promising career planning, we welcome more women to join in China Coal Group and hope reach a win-win situation between individual value and enterprise value in China Coal Group.
