In order to enhance the creation level of province business systems' youth civilization, polish youth civilization brand, expand the connotation of the brand era, and enhance the overall quality of service, from September 28th to 30th, Youth Civilization training course of Shandong province business system was held in Qingdao. As the new one which was selected in 2013-2014 year's "Youth Civilization" of Shandong Province,  China Coal Group was invited to participate in the training, and China Coal Group was the only one unit that got the honor in Jining. Group Deputy general manager Li Zhaopeng attended the training.
The subject of this training was the "youth civilization" construction of standardized and institutionalized, specifically set courses of"youth civilization" basic knowledge and civilization etiquette&culture, etc... Through the study of youth culture founded experience, enterprises can improve the level of management of youth civilization, speed up the deployment of youth civilization. At the same time, the training staffs also visited the youth civilization advanced units together, exchanged and discussed the advanced experience of  the creation of youth civilization.

Deputy general manager Li said that China Coal Group as one of Shandong Province Youth Civilization enterprises, this training was a high positive to our Group's work of actively creating young entrepreneurial team. Through the study of training, the scene observation and discussion, we had a great harvest, further improved the awareness level of "youth civilization" activities. The next step Group would create actively "national youth civilization" with clearer ideas. We would take this as an opportunity, make persistent efforts, and continuously improve staff training and business skills, serve the people better, contribute to society, and create strive for a new situation of China Coal Group's youth civilization activities!
