On the afternoon of September 18, a batch of flat mine cars ordered by Vietnam customer, which produced by Shandong China Coal Group, complete within the specified time and is qualified for acceptance. These flat mine car would be sent to Shanghai port formally. 
The framework of these flat mine cars is metal structure, so it can bear the traction, automatic force, collision force among the mine cars and impact between the mine car and the railway. Even under the condition of bad weather, uneven pavement, serious dust, they can still work properly, extended service life. These mine cars have the advantages of simple structure, stable and durable, low drag coefficient, high carrying capacity. At present, all these mine cars have acquired the Safety Certificate of Approval for Coal Mining Products, and received the domestic and foreign clients' favorable comments.
