On the morning of August 28, mobilization meeting about construction of provincial information technology industry base in Jining city held in the Canal Hotel. Jining Party Secretary and Director of Municipal People's Congress Ma Pingchang,  Deputy Secretary of Municipal Committee and Mayor Mei Yonghong, Member of Standing Committee and the Secretary-General Liu Chengwen, Member of Standing Committee and the Deputy Mayor Zhouhong and the responsible persons of directly department of municipal government, responsible persons in charge of urban counties, director of  Economic Information Bureau in each county, responsible persons of information industry key enterprises in the whole city of more than 300 people  participated in the mobilization meeting. As the key demonstration enterprise of  Jining  information industry and the  President Company of Jining E-Commerce Association, Shandong China Coal Group was invited to participate in the meeting, Group Deputy General Manager Li Zhenbo attended on behalf of China Coal Group.
The meeting took the form of a video conference and transmitted directly to the whole city thoughout the Jining Radio Film and TV channel (Jining - 3). This meeting conveyed that thoroughly implemented the provincial government’s  conference spirit on the Jining information industry development, and requested further unify ideological understanding, arranged the current and future  task of promoting the development of information industry and quickly set off a boom in building the information technology industry base in Shandong Province.
At the meeting,Mr Ma said that,through the efforts of the whole city for many years, the only one IT industry base of Shandong Province was officially settled in Jining,  the provincial government would gather the elements of resources,  gave our directional support on eight aspects,such as the tax and finance, platform construction, land targets,talent introduction and the big data, this brought great opportunities for the rapid development of the city's small and medium-sized information enterprises. He requested that, various relevant departments should closely around the overall work of the Municipal Party Committee and Government , fully display its functional role, expand the influence of HP and Oracle project and take efficient measures to accelerate the development of the provincial information industry base and the construction of "new Silicon Valley" in Shandong, and even in the country.

Jining top ten enterprises in software and information services in January to June 2015 was announced at the meeting.Shandong China Coal Group was selected depends on its outstanding performance in the first half year. The Group Deputy General Manager Li Zhenbo said that, after many years of explorations and development, Shandong China Coal Group walked in the forefront of the city's information industry and widely recognized by leaders at all levels and all sectors of society, this time, the Information technology industry base settled in Jining and brought huge opportunities for the city's information industry development,China Coal group would actively carry out the spirit of the meeting, open the mind and blaze new trails,  comprehensively improve the overall competitiveness of the Group's information industry, make more positive contributions on building the “ one hundred billion information industry and Jining "Silicon Valley" .
