To further supervise the staff to understand the connotation of enterprise culture, promote enterprise to form a good, harmony and harmonious working atmosphere, in the afternoon of July 25, human resources department of China Coal Group organized the enterprise culture test, with the help of Group Office. Hundred of branch managers and business backbone of group attended the assessment.
This examine uses the form of a contest of face answering question, covering all elements of the corporate culture, such as vision, mission and values of the group, which is a comprehensive test of the Group's leaders. During the test, all persons were asked to be treated seriously, and answer question carefully. The examination room atmosphere was good and well-regulated. Recently, Group's relevant departments will also hold other similar ways to help enterprise cultural construction, to improve the overall quality of the staff and promote the group to develop quickly and well!
