February 6, 2015, Zoucheng City held an Inaugural Meeting of E-commerce Association. Leaderships, like, Wang Youbing, deputy director of Jining City Economic and Information Commission, Liu Gang, vice mayor of Zoucheng City, Zheng Changsheng, director-general of Zoucheng City  Bureau of Economic and Information and some other leaders attended the meeting. Shandong China Coal Industry&Mining Supplies Group, as MIIT E-commerce Integration Innovation Pilot Enterprise, Shandong  E-commerce Demonstration Enterprise, Identified E-commerce Enterprise of Shandong Province, and the president unit of Jining City E-commerce Association, was invited to the ceremony. And on behalf of the Group, Li Zhaopeng,  the executive vice president of Jining City E-commerce Association, China Coal vice-president attended the meeting.
The General Assembly, at first, held  the Inaugural Meeting of Zoucheng City E-commerce Association and the signing ceremony of South Shandong E-commerce Industrial Park resident enterprises. Yang Sen, director of Zoucheng City Civil Affairs Bureau, announced the approval letter of the foundation of E-commerce Association. Later, the Articles of Association, the election approaches, and the list of president and vice president were passed by vote. Mr. Wang Youbing, deputy director of Jining City Economic and Information Commission, and Liu Gang, vice mayor of Zoucheng City jointly inaugurated the Association and presented letters of appointment for the Honorary President and Consultant of the Association. And Mr.Qu Qing, executive director of Shandong E-commerce Association, executive director of Shandong E-commerce Promotion Association, president of Jining City E-commerce Association, chairman of Shandong China Coal Group was selected as the Association Consultant and be awarded a certificate.

Be commissioned by Mr.Qu Qing, executive director of Shandong E-commerce Association, executive director of Shandong E-commerce Promotion Association, president of Jining City E-commerce Association, Mr.Li Zhenbo, the executive vice president of Jining City E-commerce Association, China Coal vice-president, made a report about e-commerce development. President Lee said that, the rapid development of e-commerce is a new challenge as well as a new opportunity for SEMs. Zoucheng City is at a critical period of industrial upgrading and transformation, and e-commerce brought new development opportunities for enterprises, so how to grasp the opportunity is what that every enterprises must did. Shandong China Coal Group, as the president unit of Jining City E-commerce Association, successfully developed and operated Yikaung Net, the world's leading mining machinery industry cross-border B2B platform, which greatly boosted the e-commerce of the entire mining machinery industry. So I insisted that Yikuang Net, as the country's first mining industry e-commerce platform, could play a positive role in driving Zoucheng City traditional industries transforme towards e-commerce.
