December 8, 2014, Shandong China Coal Industry&Mining Supplies Group organized a  special job fair in School of Business of Shandong Career Development College to fresh talents for China Coal.Group leaderships like, Fan Peigong, the vice-president and some other leaders went to the recruitment site. And College leaders actively took steps to work with Group, Chen Guomin, dean of School of Business of Shandong Career Development College organized students to participate in the recruitment.
At the job fair, Mr.Fan first introduced the development and future planning of China Coal. He expressed that, in recent years, Shandong China Coal actively developing the global strategy and has become the industrial model of Shandong Province as well as of China in B2B e-commerce platform construction and earning foreign exchange through export. As a result, China Coal has been highly appreciated by the national, provincial and municipal leaders for many times. The rapid development of Group international trade means that China Coal needs a lot of excellent talents specialized in e-commerce and international trade. Shandong Career Development College is our school-university cooperation unit, so we will give priority to provide employment opportunities for everyone with the concept "win-win".

The main purpose of this job fair is to recruit some talents in e-commerce, international trade and foreign language. The job fair was warmly greeted by college teachers and students.
