December 4, 2014, leaderships of Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology , Chinese Academy of Sciences, like Mu Fanquan, the deputy dean and some other leaders visited Shandong China Coal Industry&Mining Supplies Group to have a negotiation about the construction of  intelligent unmanned production line, digital workshop, and smart factories. Group leaderships, like, Han Yong, the deputy general manager, Xie Ticai, Li Zhaopeng, the vice president, Shao Hua, the general manager assistant and  technical director and Guan Chenghui, the office director warmly received the visiting group. 
At first, the both sides held a meeting about the construction of intelligent digital workshop and the research and development of the project that"replacing workers with machines". Dean Mu said that, in the future,  it is the development trend of mechanical processing industry that implementing the project of "replacing workers with machines", promoting large-scale application of industrial robots in the field of machining and fostering intelligent manufacturing production model. Shandong China Coal, as the successful model in transforming from the traditional enterprise to the modern information enterprise, is also strong in developing high-tech products. So next, hoping the both sides can join together in smart product development, play their own characteristics and advantages, and better promote the  technology products innovation and rapid transformation of  technological achievements in the field of information through  technical exchanges, personnel output and some other forms of cooperation.

And Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, beyond all question, is first class in the country in the research and development of new products and technology. So this time, the cooperation of the two sides would better promote the development of Group intelligent manufacturing model, further enhance the Group''''s technological strength, and accelerate the construction of a number of "unmanned producing lines" model, "digital workshop" model and "smart factory" model so as to make a contribution to the construction of a smart city throughout the province!
