November 27,2014, Jining Economic and Information System held an Information Industry Forum about commemorating the first anniversary of General Secretary  Xi 's inspection of Jining in Renxing Business Center, Rencheng District. Leaderships, like, chiefs of various counties urban district bureau of economic and information and chiefs of  Jining High Zone, The White Lake New District and  Jining Economic and Technological Development Zone's EDB(Economic Development Board) attended the forum. Shandong China Coal Industry&Mining Supplies Group, as the Information Industry Key Enterprise that be in the charge of Jining Municipal Leaders, was invited to attend the forum. On behalf of the Group, China Coal leaderships, like, Li Zhenbo, Sunshijun, the vice-president and Guan Chenghui, the office director were present at the forum.
At the forum, Zhou Guangquan, the director of Jining Economic and Informatization Committee, firstly conveyed the spirit of Information Industry Forum organized by Jining  Municipal for learning the important speech delivered by General Secretary  Xi when he inspected  Jining a year ago. He expressed that it is important to implement General Secretary  Xi 's important instructions , intensify efforts to implement the innovation-driven  development strategy, stress the core role of industry in transfer mode, adjusting structure, promoting balance. Meanwhile, taking information industry as the toe holds and finger holds of promoting transformation so as to in five years, developing the municipal information industry into a one hundred billion scale and turning Jining City to the  "Silicon Valley" of Shandong Province as well as China.
Later, Mr.Li Zhenbo, on behalf of China Coal, delivered a speech about the development of China Coal and the work implementation as the Information Industry Key Enterprise that be in the charge of Jining Municipal Leaders. Mr Li expressed that, the views and supportative policies issued by the municipal government about accelerating the development of information industry provided a historic opportunity for us to achieve leapgrog development of information industry. This time, Zhao Shuguo, Jining City Committee Chairman, would be in charge of China Coal's information industry development, which shows that the municipal leadership attaches great importance to China Coal development. This also brought great power to the development of China Coal. In response, China Coal would certainly live up to the expectations of leadership and better promote information industry with a high sense of responsibility and mission, accelerate the construction of Group information so as to build Jining City into the "Silicon Valley" of Shandong Province as well as China.

At last, about building province-level information consumption pilot, relevant leaderships of Rencheng District, Qufu City and Wenshang County delivered a speech. Wang Youbing, deputy director of Jining Economic and Informatization Committee made the arrangement and deployment for the implementation of municipal leaders taking in charge of  Information Industry Key Enterprise.
