November 12, 2014, Shandong China Coal Industry&Mining Supplies Group organized two special jod fairs in School of Foreign Languages (SFL) and School of Business of Yantai Nanshan University, to fresh talents for China Coal. Group leaderships like, Fan Peigong, the vice-president and some other leaders went to the recruitment site. And University leaders actively took steps to work with Group, Mr.Ni, director of Employment Department and Mr.Wang, Director of School-enterprise Cooperation Department organized students to participate in the recruitment.
At the job fair, Mr.Fan first introduced the development and future planning of China Coal. He expressed that, in recent years, Shandong China Coal actively developing the global strategy and has achieved remarkable achievements in B2B e-commerce platform construction and international trade. As a result, China Coal has been highly appreciated by the national, provincial and municipal leaders for many times. The rapid development of Group international trade means that China Coal needs a lot of excellent talents specialized in foreign language and international trade. Yantai Nanshan University, as our school-university cooperation unit, in 2014 China Private Colleges Competitiveness Rankings, ranked fifth in the nation and first in Shandong Province, and cultivated a large number of talents.
The main purpose of this trip is to recruit some e-commerce talents, international trade talents and scientific talents. And the recruitment was warmly welcomed by the teachers and students. After having a detailed understanding of China Coal, the students hoped to have the opportunity to work at China Coal so as to realize their own valve and better achieve the both development of individual and enterprise.
