November 6,2014, a group of Jining University graduates that majored in e-commerce, information technology and other related majors paid a visit to Shandong China Coal Industry&Mining Supplies Group New E-commerce Industrial Park Base and each branch, accompanied by Group leaderships, like, Han Yong, the deputy general manager, Fan Peigong, the vice-president. These graduates are recruited through campus recruitment platform. On the way to the company, the graduates happily discussed China Coal Group, like the development, the surrounding environment and the working assumption, which expressed great hope for the future.
At 9:00, China Coal bus carried these high-spirited, full of dreams young people arrived at the new industrial park. Mr. Han Yong and Mr.Fan peigong, on behalf of China Coal, extended a warm welcome the these young people. Then,  President Han introduced the basic information and project planning of the new park.The new E-commerce Industrial Park of Shandong China Coal with a total investment of 330 million yuan and a floor space of 100 acres, would works as the Group base of e-commerce and software development, the world's leading intelligent mining equipment manufacturing base and logistics warehousing base of large equipment for mining industry.  The main part of the new industrial park consists of 11-layer E-commerce building, China Transport Logistics office building, logistics warehousing, high standards of steel-structure workshop, staff canteen, staff lounge, activity room, etc..Later, under the leadership of Mr.Han, the graduates visited the new industrial park orderly.
New plants are springing up at the new industrial park. The new e-commerce building, standardized free restaurant, features small restaurant, convenient store, high standards of staff quarters, staff clinic, activity lounge, etc. etc. all of these show that China Coal leaderships always keep in mind the worker's demand, think from the perspective of employees to build a large warm homestead. And this is also a reflection of the China Coal  humanistic concern for all employees.
After visiting the new industrial park, under the leadership of Group leaders, the new employees visited the Group Machinery Company, E-commerce Company, the International Trade E-commerce Company, the Network&Information Company, the Software&Technology Company and the new recruits office, and had a detailed understanding of the achievements we have made on e-commerce, international trade and enterprise information construction. President Lee said that, after decades of hard studying, you, the new graduates finally ushered in the new moment that realizes your life values. China Coal would provide all of you a good development platform to show yourselves. So hoping you adapt to the new role and  become an excellent member of China Coal as soon as possible.

In response, the new employees expressed that they would live up to the leadership expectations. They would regard China Coal as their home, love her, build her, turn the leaders care into power, work with a high work ethic and positive attitude, adapt to the new working life and make efforts to contribute to the development of China Coal!
