ZWY-60 Wheel Underground Tunnel Mucking Loader has function of hydraulic walking, mining, collection, transportation,loading, clean up. The hydraulic is walking through hydraulic motor, speed reducer, transmission shaft. then the reducer drive wheel .the hydraulic motor can forward and back. Mining and collecting are completed by the manipulator and controlled by hydraulic. the manipulator has mining, outriggers, loading, unloading function, the big arm can rotate from up, down, left and right. It is operated by two handle, every hand control two actions. so it is very easy to operate. Transportation, loading function is accomplished by a conveyor system. the Lifting of conveyor is controlled by Hydraulic cylinder. Wheel crawler mucking loader is a ideal equipment for loading bulk solid materials (such as Gravel, Coal) .
ZWY-60 Wheel Underground Tunnel Mucking Loader has a wide operating range(it can reach to 4.5 m from left to right, 2.8 meters on the ground, 0.8 meters in underground) it can load all the gravels.no dead space,don't need clean up.also can excavate the drainage ditches on both sides. Meanwhile, hydraulic system is worked throug two 15 kw electric motors and one 23 kw diesel engine. No smoke and dust pollution in the roadway, because it is walking with tire, not only don't need special treatment, but also don't need to lay the track. so it is adapted to poor excavation face.
