This conveying machine is used to the transmission and turn over of flat glass, conveying with synchronization and roller, controling by frequency conversion stepless speed. It is widely used to the glass manufacturing industry.
Main Characteristics
1. Roller diameter: 25.4mm, 38.1mm, 50.8mm, 57mm, 60mm, 63mm, 75mm, 89mm, 104mm.
2. Installation method: spring shaft, inner (outer) screw thread end, double flat end, double pin hollow end.
3. Surface treatment: stainless steel, zincification (chroming), wrap plastic.
4. Roller sort: metal (plastic) end cover, taper, accumulate, right angle knuckle roller, block side roller.
5. Small end diameter of taper roller: 38.1mm, 50.8mm.
6. Supporting bearing: precision bearing, pressing bearing, and dustproof bearing.
7. Widely used for conveying regular objects or bottom-flatted objects such as various cases, bags.
8. Small or strange-shaped goods should be put in slaver and turnover case to convey.
