July 2, 2014, a group of Korean businessmen that came from Mexico visited Shandong China Coal Industry&Mining Supplies Group to learn how to install U-type steel support, the mining equipment. In order to let the customers perceive directly through the scene, under the leadership of Feng Zhenying, the vice-president, the businessmen visited a coal mine in Yuncheng, Heze.
Actually, the businessmen from South Korea went to Shandong China Coal for procuring U-type steel support on 19th, April this year. At that time, after having a detailed understanding of the Group great production ability, the Korean businessmen showed great satisfaction to the quality of the product and the credit of the Group. They thought that the Group excellent product quality is worth the trust of domestic and foreign customers. Later, the merchants had a discussion on the details of the purchase contract with the relevant staff and at last, the both sides reached an agreement that the Korean businessmen would purchase U-type steel support fron Shandong China Coal in several times. And on June 12, 2014, the first batch of U-type steel support that ordered by Korean businessmen was completed within the specified time and officially sent to Qingdao Port after passing the acceptance. 
Later, the customers met some problems in the process of use and installation. But because of relating to some professional knowledge, China Coal decided to invite the customers to learn from the scene which really put the customer first.

At last, the Korean businessmen learned a lot from the site visits. They not only solved the problem of equipment installation and maintenance, but also be very pleased with China Coal''''s services. This China trip strengthened the commitment of Korean businessmen to cooperated with China Coal. And the Korean businessmen hoped to keep a long-term cooperation with our Group so as to jointly promote trade between China and Korea.
