June 10, 2014, Wang Youbing, deputy director of Jining Economic and Information Commission and leaderships of Shandong China Coal Industry&Mining Supplies Group, such as, Qu Qing, the Group chairman, Han Yong, the deputy general manager, Li Zhenbo, Fan Peigong, Sun Shijun, the vice-president and other leaders went to Yantai Nanshan Group to have a negotiation on a number of projects and issues related to cooperation. Nanshan Group leaders, like, Song Zuowen, Song Jianmin, the Group chairman, Wang Yuhai, the Group party secretary&president and Yang Haiyi, party secretary of Nanshan College gave the visitors a very cordial reception.
With the warm invitation of Song Zuowen, the NPC deputy&Nanshan Group Chairman, China Coal leaderships visited a number of Nanshan Group project construction base and had a detailed understanding of the business scale of Nanshan Group. Nanshan Group possesses nearly 100 enterprises now and accordingly forms a development pattern with various leading businesses such as industry, finance, aviation, real estate, high-tech industries, education, tourism and wellness of senior citizens. To meet the development demand, Nanshan Group has established subsidiaries in many countries and regions such as Australia, USA, Italy , Hong Kong etc.. In 1999, Nanshan Aluminum A Share was listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange, which indicated a start of the capital operation of Nanshan Group. China’s Top 500 Enterprises in 2013 was publicized and Nanshan Group ranked the 160. Meanwhile, it ranked the 71st among China’s Top 500 Chinese Manufacturers and realized the sale receives more than 700 million. Nanshan Group has already developed into a large scale private joint-stock enterprise group ranking the top among China’s top 500 enterprises with an integration of villages and enterprises.
After visiting Nanshan Group, Qu Qing, chairman of China Coal Group and Song Zuowen, chairman of Nanshan Group discussed many projects in different fields, like, Industry, aerospace, high-tech industries for further cooperation. And after the talks, both sides thought it is necessary to strengthen communication and cooperation so as to establish a long-term close strategic partnership. Finally, the two sides reached a tentative agreement on a number of projects. And there's no doubt that the unification of the two energetic enterprises will surely make prominent contributions to the development of our country airlines market and hi-tech industries.
For Shandong China Coal, the aim of this trip is, on the one hand, to discuss matters related to multi-project cooperation with Nanhan Group, and on the other hand, to discuss issues related to school-enterprise cooperation with Nanshan University. Yantai Nanshan University is a general university set up by Nanshan Group with the investment of 3.65 billion and officially approved by the Ministry of Education. And its school graduate employment rate maintains the first three years in a row of Shandong. After preliminary negotiations, the two sides entered into a collaboration on school-enterprise cooperation: Nanshan University offers e-commerce order classes for China Coal so as to cultivate special talents for China Coal; And China Coal sets up E-commerce Branch in Nanshan University and introduces parts of Group's business to everyday teaching so as to break through the traditional teaching pattern, let the students well informed about the actual business and better meet the needs of the community for talents. The school-enterprise cooperation, for this time, will build a good platform for information exchange, implement the establishment of a joint personnel training model, establish an efficient talent training system so as to achieve the win-win situation.
In addition, after an initial consultation, China Coal Group and Nanshan Group are interested in setting up Jining China Coal&Nanshan Mechanical Design Institute(tentative). It means that the both sides want to build a research platform with high starting point for the province as well as the country's machinery industry so as to better serve enterprise and society.

The visit this time would further expand and enhance the influence of China Coal Group, consolidate the strategic partnership with Nanshan Group and play a good role in promoting the bilateral cooperation in various fields and the establishment of school-enterprise cooperation platform.
