Under the conduction of Fan Peigong, Group vice president, the inaugural ceremony of Shandong China Coal Group Management&Operation Research Association was held on Feb, 22th, 2014. And related leaders of each branch company attended the brief but warm ceremony.
At the beginning of the ceremony, Mr. Fan announced the establishment of Management&Operation Research Association. And then, as for the problems presented in the management of the company, ways to improve both the management level and the administrative ability, the participating leaders had an active discussion. At the same time, they also shared the experience accumulated in the daily management work.
