In order to improve the management level and capability of the group e-commerce team cadres and enhance team cohesion and combat effectiveness, on the afternoon of November 25, the exchange meeting of e-commerce team management experience was held in the meeting room on the second floor of Shandong China Coal Group. General Manager Li Zhenbo, China Transport Group General Manager Yan Ting, and more than 40 participates including Vice General Manger, Managers and Deputy Managers of e-commerce companies and cross-border e-commerce companies attended the meeting. Zhai Hongru, Director of Human Resources Department Presided over the meeting.

At the exchange meeting, Group Deputy General Manager Li Zhenbo said that with more than 600 e-commerce sales teams, how to do team management is very important to the future development of China Coal Group.
