In order to deepen the depth of cooperation between schools and enterprises, to enhance the practical operation ability of order trainees, and to adapt to the e-commerce enterprise environment and corporate culture early, May 21st afternoon, Shandong Polytechnic College invited Shandong Coal Group Deputy General Manager, E-Commerce Company General Manager Li Zhenbo,  Group E-commerce Company Deputy General Manager Yan Ting to conduct pre-job training for the order trainees. Order trainees and teachers expressed a warm welcome to the Group leaders.
Before the training,the order trainees firstly watched China Coal Business Special Subject Slice,and had a further understanding of the development history and future planning of China Coal. Subsequently, President Lee gave a brief introduction of China Coal e-commerce development, international trade development situation, China's e-commerce training base and other specific conditions for the students, and guide the order trainees on training interaction. Lee said, China Coal will actively provide more employment opportunities for the students, and welcome join us in the future for we will provide the most broad development space for each employee!
President Yan detailedly introduced a number of basic work skills for the trainees, like how to adapt to the team work quickly, how to quickly master the product , how to quickly master the skills to make an order, and how to arrange the working hours. President Yan encouraged trainees to combine the professional knowledge with practical operation, seize every training opportunity, to quickly adapt to the transformation of social roles, and become a good workplace elite.
In recent years, Shandong China Coal attaches great importance to cultivate high-end talents, and has reached school-enterprise cooperation agreement with Shandong Polytechnic College, Yantai Nanshan University, Jining University, Jining Polytechnic College and other colleges and universities, and set up China Coal E-commerce Order Classes in major colleges and universities to train needed e-commerce talents for China Coal. Meanwhile, Coal Coal Group set up E-commerce Branch in the University, embedded the part of the Group's business in the school daily teaching, so that students in schools can actually come into contact with the actual business, avoid the students engaged in idle theorizing, and better adapt to the society talent demand, and let the tripartite win-win, schools, enterprises and individuals, come true.

The order trainees expressed that they learned a lot through the pre-job training.
