Loader‘s shovel and materials loading and unloading operations, is working through its exercise device to achieve. Working devices of wheel loader are:  bucket 1 ,connecting rod 2, swing arm 3,    rocker arm 4, bucket cylinder 5 and lift cylinder 6, etc. Entire work units hinged frame 7.  Bucket articulated to bucket cylinder through connecting rod and rocker arm  , used for loading and unloading materials. Work device should guarantee when loader is in working process: when  bucket cylinder locking, and lift cylinder lifting or landing , linkage units make bucket upper and lower translational or close to translational, so as not to make shovel bucket tilt and scattered material; When swing arm in any location, and shovel bucket around moving arm hinge points turned for unloading material , shovel bucket tilt angle not less than 45 °, after unloading material and moving arm declined can makes shovel bucket automatically put flat.
