In order to integrate national high quality e-commerce services resources and accelerate e-commerce development, Shandong province E-Commerce association officially launched  certification work of E-commerce Public service agencies.  By the end of November, more than 800 enterprises applied for certification. Through strict examination, 43 enterprises passed the certification.  With the outstanding advantages of establishing electronic business platform, China Coal Group officially became E- business Public Service Aagencies and acquired electronic commerce service certificate.
