On the morning of August 14, IRS Tax Refund Section Chief Zhang visited Shandong China Coal Group for guiding and researching. Shandong Coal Group Deputy General Manager Li Zhenbo, Finance Chief Chen Xiaowen, International Trade Deputy General Manager Jiang Chaoxiang and other leaders received the visitors.
Deputy Manager Li warmly welcomed IRS Leaders on behalf of China Coal Group, then held a forum in Group Conference Room regarding the national export policy and Group cross-border e-commerce development. At the meeting, Deputy Manager Li made a briefly introduction about Shandong China Coal Group cross-border e-commerce industry development and operation.
Chief Zhang, after listening to the introduction carefully, firstly, gave high evaluation of China Coal Group cross-border e-commerce development and business operation, management, and personnel training, and was full of confidence about Group development of cross-border e-commerce in the future. Secondly, Chief Zhang introduced national foreign trade export and cross-border e-commerce in terms of tax preferential policies in detail, combined with the Group's actual situation, gave a brief description of State administration of taxation specific preferential policies and affirmative support programmes for cross-border e-commerce. Finally, Chief Zhang said that, Shandong China Coal Group, as the largest cross-border e-commerce enterprise of Shandong province, should actively play an exemplary role, to drive small and medium enterprises of Shandong Province to explore new ways of development of cross-border e-commerce.
Deputy Manager Li said that, the development of Shandong China Coal Group is inseparable from the care and support of the leadership of the national tax office, especially in the support and help on the export tax. We should make full use of the our unique advantages in the development of e-commerce, to play an active role in developing e-business in enterprise production management mode, improving efficiency of industrial organization, driving the development of new services, to lead the e-commerce development of Jining city and even Shandong Province.
