2.2 Four axis bearing surface should be in the same plane, two axis Center should be on the same axis perpendicular to the longitudinal Center of the frame
2.3 Center plane of the frame traction device should be symmetry to the longitudinal center plane of the frame, and its symmetry tolerance should not exceed 6mm.
3. Open Wheel Set: consists of wheel, axial, bearying. Technical conditions execute JB/T6992-1993.
3.1 Clean iron filings and blockage and cleaning all parts before assembly; should adopt no shock load method; Wheel rotation should be flexibility.
3.2 Surface heat treatment hardeness of wheel set tread of≥40HRC.
4. Buffer, its technical conditions in accordance with JB/T6992-1993

6.Assembling Requirements
