This selection marks an important milestone in the Group’s digital transformation journey. With the early efforts of the Group’s Intelligent Research Institute, the 'China Coal Group AI Intelligent Center' has successfully implemented four core functions: AI Autonomous Promotion, AI Autonomous Optimization, AI Autonomous Outbound Calling, and AI Autonomous Matrix Publishing, providing solid support for the construction of the Innovation Center.

Building on this foundation, the Center will fully integrate industry–academia–research resources, focusing on breakthroughs in key technologies such as the mechanical metaverse and deep-learning models for mining. It aims to drive the deep integration of artificial intelligence with core business areas including coal mining and equipment operation and maintenance, and to establish an innovation system that combines technological R&D, scenario-based applications, and industrial incubation.

Going forward, China Coal Group will use the Innovation Center as a key platform to further advance AI-driven innovation in the industrial and mining sectors, striving to create intelligent solutions with industry-wide demonstrative value, and contributing new momentum and strength to the high-quality development of Shandong’s digital economy.
