On July 4, 2025 Jining City ‘Skill Scholar ‘ Vocational Skills Competition - The Fifth Jining City ‘Skill Scholar ‘ Vocational Skills Competition was jointly sponsored by Jining City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Jining City Federation of Technical Education Groups, Jining Hi-Tech District Federation of Trade Unions, and hosted by China Coal Group. The opening ceremony of the Vocational Skills Competition of the Federation of Technical Education Groups was held in the conference center of China Coal Group. Zhang Yang, head of Jining Institute of Technology's Technical Education Group Secretariat, presided over the opening ceremony.

After the opening ceremony, the first competition of the contest - the full media operator vocational skills competition then began a fierce competition. More than 50 skillful masters from Jining City's e-commerce industry related enterprises and institutions and schools gathered together to compete in the same field. The competition focuses on practical ability, requiring players to complete the ‘visual operation’ and ‘live operation’ two major practical competitions in order to comprehensively test their comprehensive vocational ability in new media content creativity, visual design, platform operation and live broadcast planning and execution.
