Acrow prop pulling winch mainly used for coal mine environment that have dust or explosive gas and other working face of mine angle is less than 30°
Prop pulling winch for the instantaneous working system, not suitable for continuous work system.
Electrical equipments of winch have the performance of explosion-proof, products must have the mining product safety mark certificate that within the validity, can be used in coal mine that have dust and gas.
The winch is single cylinder winding, adoption worm gear reducer and open gear drive, winch adoption worm gear reducer, the horizontal installation must be used to ensure that the oil immersion lubrication quality of worm gear.

(1)Temperature about of -10 ℃ ~ +40 ℃; relative humidity less than 95% (+25 ℃); altitude below 2000 meters.

(2)The methane, coal dust, hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide in the surrounding air shall not exceed the safety levels stipulated in the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations".

(3)Working system for low-speed, heavy load, non-continuous type.

Working Principle of Prop Pulling Winch

The motor is installed on the base and is connected with a worm gear reducer through a coupling. The power is transmitted to a circular-arc worm through a pair of gears. The worm gear is driven by a pinion passing through a worm gear shaft and driven by a gear wheel.

Main Structure

Winch was drived by motor through the coupling, a closed gear, a spherical worm drive, a cylindrical gear, drived to the roller, the main rotating parts of the winch are used rolling bearing support, base was welded by steel. Winch symmetrical layout, a long striped, top column (fixed) spacious, easy winch to move and fixed.

When assembling this section, the following assembly procedure is available::

(1) Insert worm and bearing into worm gear box.

(2) The cover, worm gear bearing, bearing cover, seal ring, “0” type ring oil seal, pinion gear and bushing are all mounted on the worm gear shaft, and the assembled worm gear is assembled in the worm gear axle box seat.

(3) The gears and c-ropper sets are set on the bride axles, and then they are installed in the worm gear box seat so that they mesh with the pinion gears.The contact spot is not less than 40% along the gear height and not less than 50% along the gear length.

(4) The worm gear box cover and the worm wheel box seat are assembled together. At this time, the worm wheel is axially adjusted by adjusting the cover adjusting screw and the bearing cover.

After completing the above four assembly procedures, lock the studs, tighten the two round nuts and the connecting bolts, install all the other parts, and fill the lubricating oil as specified in Section IV.

(1) Winch control mechanism should be flexible and reliable, easy to operate and safe.

(2) Should not have oil leakage

(3)Winch operation should be smooth and no abnormal sound and vibration. Noise values of JH-5 and JH-8 not exceed 88dB(A) and JH14 and JH20 not exceed 90dB(A).

(4)Before assembly, all parts (including purchased parts and standard parts) must be inspected before they can be used.

(5)The parts should be cleaned, operate in a clean environment.

(6)The temperature of the reducer lubricant shall not exceed 60°C, and the maximum oil temperature shall not exceed 80°C.

(7)The rim of the rope retaining plate at both ends of the winch drum should be higher than 2.5 times the diameter of the outermost rope.

(8)The parts are coated with a phenolic primer and the body is painted according to the requirement of contract,The appearance of the paint is uniform, flat, consistent in color, complete in coverage, and free of defects such as peeling, deposits, and foaming.

1 The material of the brake belts (blocks) and rivets shall meet the requirements of the coal mine, and the depth of the rivet holes shall be 2~3mm;

2. Friction performance of brake belts (blocks) for flameproof winches: In the friction test, flame and flameless combustion should not occur.No explosion shall be caused in the sealed explosion-proof box; during the friction test, the surface temperature of the test piece and test plate shall not exceed 150°C.

3.The performance requirements of the non-metallic materials should meet the flame retardant and antistatic regulations of MT113-1995. The performance requirements of the aluminum or aluminum alloy materials should meet the requirements of the safety performance of friction sparks in GB/T13813-2008.

This section mainly includes rollers, bearings, oil retaining rings, roller shafts, bearing covers, large gears, bearing seat and sealing cover brackets.

First mount the oil retaining ring and the bearing on the drum shaft, and mount the big gear on the roller,then install the roller and the drum shaft. install the bearing cap, mount the seal cover bracket on the shaft,finally, the bearing seat and other parts are assembled to make it a complete part.

After the above two components are assembled to final assembly, first install the worm gear box on the base, attach the roller unit to the base and make the gearwheel and the bridge gear mesh correctly. The center distance is 416±O.15. Contact spots: along the tooth height not less than 40%, along the tooth length not less than 50%, then connected with the motor.The coaxiality of the motor shaft and the worm centerline must not be greater than φ0.4 mm, and the inclination of the two centerlines must not be more than 1°.

All parts are assembled and adjusted, install the gear wheel guard upper body and coupling guard, fasten each conneting bolt.

Industrial gear oils for closed gears and toroidal worm gearsQ/sy8037-73,Code name is 250,the kinematic viscosity is 230-270,can use No.52 superheated cylinder oil or No.65 synthetic cylinder oil as substitute oil. The maximum height of the worm gear box does not exceed the worm centerline, minimum not less than the root of the teeth of the lower worm, inspection everyday efer to the oil needle, timely supplement。If the winch has a long working time, the amount of oil in the worm gear box must be increased. The worm gear box oil quality is not allowed to be arbitrarily changed, otherwise it will cause the oil temperature to increase sharply, the worm gear wears out, and the transmission efficiency decreases. The gear, the bridge gear and the big gear can also be lubricated with the above oils. At least one refueling is done in each shift to keep the oil film between the tooth surfaces.

Rolling bearings on the worm gear shaft and rolling bearings in the roller are filled or replaced with calcium and sodium grease every 3 to 6 months. The fuel amount to be added should not exceed 2/3 of the bearing volume. The two sliding bearings on the worm gear box can be lubricated with calcium-sodium grease by the oil filler plug at the shaft end and can be filled 2-3 times per shift. The grease of the rolling bearing in the worm gear box can also use sodium grease or lithium grease, but calcium base grease is not allowed.

The new or overhauled winch, especially the winch that worm gear updated. After 8 to 10 days of operation, the lubricating oil in the worm gear box must be replaced and cleaned to remove fine metal particles from the grinding.
