HOLLOW GROUTING ANCHOR ROD
PRODUCT FEATURESThe rod body of the hollow grouting anchor adopts a hollow design, and the middle hole of the rod body is used for drilling high-pressure fengshui channels and grouting channels.
Compared with solid rods, the hollow rod design increases the stiffness and shear strength used.
The full-length standard large-pitch thread structure on the outer surface of the anchor rod facilitates cutting and lengthening of the anchor rod, increases the bonding area between the anchor body and the grouting material, and improves anchoring force.
Due to the role of various accessories, the rod body is well centered, and the mortar can wrap the full length of the anchor body to avoid the danger of rust and achieve the purpose of long-term support.

DRILLING
Drill and clear holes with a conventional rock drill.

INSERT ANCHOR
Insert the hollow grouting anchor with the anchor head installed into the hole. The barbs on the anchor head immediately hang the anchor rod

INSTALLATION
Install the stopper and the nut.

GROUTING
Start the machine to grout. If pressure grouting is needed to improve the surrounding rock structure, just wait until the pressure gauge pointer rises to the design pressure.

CONNECT GROUTING MACHINE
Connect the end of the anchor rod to the selected grouting machine through a quick grouting joint. Start the machine to grout, when the pointer on the pressure gauge rises to the design pressure, the grouting is completed.
