Mine hydraulic cable hauler (also known as cable monorail crane) is a special transportation device used for hanging and moving the cable, emulsion high pressure hose and water pipe of coal mine fully mechanized mining face.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Under the roof of one side of the roadway in the fully mechanized mining face, hanging suspended rails with bolts and chains. The hauler hangs all the cables and high-pressure hoses and water pipes on it, and uses the working surface emulsion pumping station as power.
HANGING AND MOVING
The cable, high-pressure hose and water pipe are hung and moved along the roadway by a hydraulic stepping push-pull device consisting of a cylinder and a connecting rod.

MINE HYDRAULIC CABLE HAULER
Each trolley has holes for U-bolts, and the cables are fixed with U-bolts to prevent loosening and damaging the cables.
The bottom of both sides of the trolley is arc-shaped, with rounded corners at the lower end, cables, hoses, and water pipes. The trolley will not be deformed for a long time.
It is equipped with a locking device to ensure the safety of the cable tow monorail crane when the stepping mechanism brake device fails or when the roadway inclination angle is large.
The hydraulic working medium is the power source (emulsion) of the fully mechanized mining face, which is not only convenient and safe, but also explosion-proof and flame retardant.
