AE102 Breathing Respirator Oxygen Filling Pump is an oxygen filling equipment that step up oxygen pressure from source bottle to another gas bottle, let the oxygen pressure of this gas bottle achieve the needed pressure. It is used for pump oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide from source gas bottle and fills in the gas bottle which is waiting for inflating.

Working Principle
Oxygen filling pump completes the oxygen filling work through the compressor plunger constantly reciprocating motion. Suction valve, exhaust valve equipped at both ends of first and second stage cylinder to control a certain direction of the air flow, and quality of of suction valve and exhaust valve have a more significant impact on speed of inflation.
When the primary plunger down movement, gas of first stage cylinder along with the expansion, the pressure is reduced,
when the pressure inside the first stage cylinder is lower than the gas pressure in the gas cylinder,
first stage suction valve automatically open, gas flows from gas cylinder to first stage cylinder.
When the first stage plunger upward movement, gas in cylinder is compressed, the pressure increased, when the pressure is greater than the secondary stage cylinder gas pressure, the first stage cylinder exhaust valve and second stage cylinder suction valve are open, gas from first stage cylinder will flow into the second stage cylinder;
