September 16, 2014, Shandong Province Modern Enterprise System TV Report was held in Jining Communications Building. Relevant leaderships of Jining Economic and Informatization Committee, High-tech Zone Economic Development Board, Jining Economic and Technological Development Zone, Rencheng Bureau of Economic and Information and other department heads participated in the meeting. Leaderships of Shandong China Coal Industrial&Mining Supplies Group, like, Han Yong, Feng Zhenying, deputy general manager, Xie Ticai, Fan Peigong , the vice-president attended the report.
The report mainly explained some issues concerned by enterprises about ways to build modern enterprise system, the necessity of building modern enterprise system, corporate governance strategy, and how to resolve conflicts of interest. And after watching the TV report, participants and leading persons of each enterprise expressed that they benefit a lot from the report.  The TV report let them  have a clear direction and distinctive and further strengthen the sense of building enterprise system.  The TV report, as the opening ceremony of the next enterprise system reformation, lays a foundation for the next standardization and modernization of enterprise system.

China Coal leaders expressed that the spirit of the meeting would be promptly conveyed to the Group's relevant departments and  be seriously studied and understood so as to better promote the construction of Group's enterprise system to a new level!
