September 15, 2014, Jining Polytechnic College Students E-commerce Employment Training Center Launching Ceremony was held, leaderships of Shandong China Coal Industrial&Mining Supplies Group, like, Li Zhenbo, Fan Peigong, the vice-president, Yan Ting, director of e-commerce, and Wan huanhuan, representative of outstanding graduates participated in the ceremony as invitees.
At the launching ceremony, Mr.Han, director of Jining Polytechnic Economic Management Department had a detailed description from college students career planning, ways to establish a direction in life and other aspects. Meanwhile, he introduced students the significance of building training center and then he made a certain requirements for future learning and employment.
Later, Mr. Li Zhenbo, vice-president of China Coal introduced the development situation of Group e-commerce, international trade, as well as e-commerce bases in details. He said that, in recent years, Shandong China Coal continues to strengthen information construction to promote e-commerce development. China Coal also increased innovation for the integration of informationization and industrialization, took a path of a new pattern of industrialization that informationization impels industrialization, industrialization promotes  informationization and improved the Group's overall strength. And so far, China Coal has developed into a company that has an e-commerce team of 23 specialized branches with 500 elites and became the province's largest e-commerce enterprise. And next, hoping the both sides, China Coal and Jining Polytechnic would deepen the cooperation to achieve the win among the three parts, school, company and individuals through the implementation of school-enterprise training model and the establishment of efficient training system.

Finally, Mr.Wang, director of Jining Development and Reform Commission introduced the implementation of Shandong China Coal E-commerce Base Project of MIIT. He pointed out that, Shandong China Coal, as the province's largest e-commerce enterprise, the e-commerce innovation pioneer enterprise of MIIT, one of the Top 120 enterprises directly supported by Jining City that integrated informationization with industrialization, enterprise that did information consumption demonstration project, and chairman unit of Jining E-commerce Association, has made a great contribution for the development of Jining E-commerce. Next, on the basis of the training enter, he hoped the two sides could better promote the cooperation to make contributions for Jining college students employment and self-employment.
