China Coal Held Study Exchange Meeting of " Three Major Questions, Three Primary Questions" Work Method

In order to further clarify the duties of employees, and to work together to accomplish various tasks, on the afternoon of November 4, Shandong China Coal Group held study exchange metting of "Three Major Questions, Three Primary Questions" work method in the conference room on the second floor of China Coal Group. Shandong China Coal Group Executive Deputy General Manager Li Zhenbo and brach companies managers of more than 40 peoples attended the meeting. China Coal Group Human Resources Department Director Zhai Hongru presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, Group Human Resources Department Training Lecturer Feng Yuyang was the keynote speaker, he firstly introduced what is the work method of "Three Major Questions, Three Primary Questions", the "Three Major Questions" refers to ask cadres, ask employees, ask oneself, the "Three Primary Questions" refers to three questions targeted to three levels. Specifically including ask cadre about team building, ask the cadre about key markets about China Coal Group and main products, ask cadre about task completation, measures to uncomplete task. Ask employees about key markets, where to sell products, ask the employees about the main products that they sales, ask the employees if the mission objectives that they set have been completed. Ask oneself what contribution to the company, ask oneself if doing best, ask oneself specifice work of eight hours working time. The entire exchange activities are informative and lively with good results.

Subsequently, branch companies managers exchanged their opinions and understandings on the work methods of "Three Major Questions, Three Primary Questions",and expressed their views and opinions on how to implement the work method and how to  better enhance work efficiency. Managers all said that they have gained a more comprehensive understanding of the "Three Major Questions, Three Primary Questions" working methods through the exchange speeches at the meeting, and at the same time they gained the ideological realm and the ability and quality to help them further enhance ability to work better for the Group.

Finally, China Coal Group Executive Deputy General Manager Li Zhenbo made a summary speech on this exchange meeting. General Li hoped all the teams, departments and the cadres and workers should actively study the working method of "Three Major Questions, Three Primary Questions".We should in depth conduct self-examination and self-questioning, take the initiative to find out the status of work, be aware of the work, the cadres who supervise the work under the team, should be flexible use of the work law of "Three Major Questions, Three Primary Questions", grasp the work progress and find out difficulties of team. Practically solve problems in the process of work, and gradually form a good idea, a good atmosphere, let us all gather together to seek new development of the Group!
