In order to better understand the technical level of new staffs,according to the needs of the Group and the personnel evaluation process, Shandong China Coal Group held an thoroughly examination for technical personnel.
In the examination room, technical personnel according to the requirements of the assessment, respectively on the Group's four conventional mine door products : the outside door of refuge chamber, shock wave resistance door, inside door of refuge chamber ,anti shock wave closed door, surveying the scene, and according the product size draw hierarchical detail piactures of whole products,parts and components.Examination room atmosphere tense and orderly, everyone to apply what they have learned, seriously, and strive to put himself at the highest level of play incisively and vividly.

Finally, the Group executive vice general manager Feng Zhenying summed up the technical assessment 's situation, affirmed the technical level of the new staffs, and put forward a new and higher requirements of the work in 2016. Manager Feng said, I hope we continue to improve scientific research ability and innovation ability, take the initiative to adapt to the new  requirements of the development of the company, transformation the scientific and technological achievements into the ability of serve the community's and make due contributions for China Coal Group in 2016 leapfrog development.
